To use AgriKhet, you need to create an account. Here's what you need to know:

• Provide accurate information including your name, phone number, and delivery address
• Keep your login credentials secure and don't share them with others
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account
• Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

When you place an order through AgriKhet:

• Order Confirmation: You'll receive an SMS and email confirmation with order details
• Payment: We accept cards, UPI, and other digital payments through Razorpay
• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes
• Availability: Products are subject to availability from our partner farmers and FPOs
• Order Changes: You can modify or cancel orders before they're dispatched

AgriKhet connects you directly with farmers and FPOs for fresh, organic products:

• All products are sourced directly from verified farmers and FPOs
• We provide detailed product descriptions, but natural variations may occur
• Organic products are certified by our partner organizations
• Product images are for reference - actual items may vary slightly
• We don't guarantee specific sizes, weights, or appearance of natural products

We deliver fresh products to your doorstep:

• Delivery Areas: Currently serving select cities and towns in India
• Delivery Time: 1-3 days depending on your location and product availability
• Delivery Charges: Vary by location and order value (free delivery on orders above ₹500)
• Address Accuracy: Please provide complete and accurate delivery addresses
• Delivery Attempts: We'll try to deliver twice - if unsuccessful, you may need to collect from our local partner

Our return policy for fresh produce:

• Quality Issues: Report damaged or poor quality products within 24 hours of delivery
• Wrong Items: We'll replace incorrect items or provide a full refund
• Freshness: If products aren't fresh, we'll replace them or refund the amount
• Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
• Perishable Nature: Due to the nature of fresh produce, some items may not be returnable

When using AgriKhet, please:

• Use our platform only for legitimate purchases of agricultural products
• Don't create fake accounts or provide false information
• Respect our farmers, FPOs, and other users
• Don't attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

AgriKhet acts as a platform connecting you with farmers and FPOs. While we strive to ensure quality and timely delivery:

• We're not responsible for natural variations in agricultural products
• Delivery delays due to weather, transportation, or other factors beyond our control
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order
• We don't guarantee specific nutritional content or health benefits of products

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. When we make significant changes:

• We'll notify you via email or SMS
• Updated terms will be posted on this page
• Continued use of our platform means you accept the new terms
